Landon's "New" Table

I have an end table that I purchased for $20.00 at Wal-Mart back in my college days that has moved with me numerous times. I recently acquired a "new" set of end tables with matching coffee table which I am about to refinish so I decided to move the table into Landon's room. As you can see, the table was nothing special to look at.

Like any 5 year old boy he loves superheros so his room is decorated as such. He wanted his walls painted "Hulk Smash green" so since I have some left over I decided to paint the table top the same color. He has a grayish silver metal frame castle bed that the table base actually matches so I decided to leave it the same color.
I sanded the top and painted it. Once dry I placed the Spiderman peel and stick wall stickers Landon wanted on top and then sprayed it with water base polyurethane. I used about 3 coats just to make sure it was covered well and VOILA!

Please excuse the mess in the floor. He's good at making a clean room messy in a matter of seconds.
